Brief: Whitson Conference & Events working alongside Clearsound Productions supplied a full Audio Visual Package for Ministry of Sounds corporate events company MSHK.

Whitson Conference & Events Team went in on the day of the event, and built a Full Set Backdrop & Stage, Large PA System, Projection Equipment and an impressive Lighting set-up which gave the awards the professional edge the organisers were looking for. Full Venue branding was provided on all available spaces to maximise the WellChild publicity. A 40ft x 20ft secure area was created for Prince Harry to meet and greet the children who were there to collect their awards.

The event was attended by all the major media representatives who were there to capture the events entertainment also with some of the celebrities that were there to hand out the awards.

The event was fully Project Managed by WCE working closely with MSHK to ensure the smooth running of the awards and the evening entertainment.
