Brief: Whitson Conference & Events working alongside Clearsound Productions supplied a full Audio Visual Package for Ministry of Sounds corporate events company MSHK.

To work within a tight budget but to still deliver a high profile awards evening, to all the major Managing Directors to all the Worlds Major Plane Operators. The event was attended by BA, Emirates, Qantas, American Airlines, Singapore Airways, South Africa Airways, EasyJet plus many more. Whitson Conference & Events Team went in on the day before the event, and built a Full Set Backdrop, Large PA System, Projection Equipment and an impressive Lighting set-up which gave the awards the professional edge the organisers were looking for. The event was fully Project Managed with WCE working closely with MSHK to ensure the smooth running of the awards and the evening entertainment.
