Cambridge Convention 2009

WCE were asked again to provide total event support for the Cambridge Convention 2009 held this year at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham. The event was this year spread over two days with a business day on the Friday and the usual Awards Presentations throughout the day on Saturday.

The main suite had full event production including a large 26ft x 9ft Wide Screen using Full HD Projection, a Three Live Camera rig for capture and live relay onto the large screen. A full Fashion Show was incorporated into the Saturday presentations to entertain the delegates through the day.

The event was finished with the Slimmer of Year 2009 being awarded and a performance by Britain’s Got Talent Stars “Stavros Flatley” WCE also provided support for a large Exhibition Area which included demonstrations and fun and games, and Full Event Support at St Johns Hotel, Solihull which was used during the evenings for Dinner, Presentations & Live Band.

The event was huge success and we all enjoyed working with the team at Cambridge.
